After you order you will receive an email from VerifyMyLenses with a special link that will bring you to a form to fill out. We even fill out most of the form for you! If it all looks good in a few clicks you can be on your way to getting those amazing lenses!
I Didn’t Get The Email
Hmmm… This happens sometimes. Please make sure you typed in your email address correctly ( it happens ). Another possibility is the email went into your spam folder, look there. If there is still no email then contact us and we can get to the bottom of it!

Then you are good to go and will not get any email from VerifyMyLenses. Only customers in the US are required to fill out the form.
How Long After I Fill Out The Form Will My Lenses Ship?

Are The Lenses FDA Approved?

What Is The Return Policy?
Lenses may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) provided they are returned in unopened vials and received by us within thirty (30) days from the shipping date. Opened lens vials cannot be returned.
